This is one of the most common questions we get at Raine Studios — and honestly, it's one of the things people stress about the most before their session. Let's make it easy.

First thing to know: you don't need to go out and buy anything expensive. Second thing to know: the client closet at Raine Studios has you covered if you need it. Third thing to know: your comfort matters more than your outfit.

Outfit Ideas by Vibe

Classic and Timeless:

• A simple bodysuit or matching set in black, white, or nude

• A silk robe or slip

• An oversized button-down shirt — always a winner

Bold and Expressive:

• Bright colors, bold prints, statement lingerie

• Corsets, harnesses, or pieces that reflect your personality

• Themed looks — birthdays, Halloween, pin-up, fantasy, whatever you're into

Cozy and Soft:

• An oversized sweater and nothing else

• Comfortable loungewear styled intentionally

Practical Tips Before Your Session

• Avoid wearing tight waistbands, underwear with tight elastic, or anything that leaves marks on your skin — wear something loose on the drive over

• If you're shaving or exfoliating, do it the day before, not the morning of (reduces irritation and redness in photos)

• Moisturize the night before for smoother skin in photos

• Bring 2–3 outfit options if you have them — variety gives us more to work with

• Jewelry, accessories, meaningful items, and props are always welcome
